Easy Talk is committed to the personal data protection laws of all who benefit from its services. With the application of the new General Data Protection Regulation, Easy Talk updated its privacy policy in accordance with the rules and requirements that are the basis of this regulation. This policy aims to clarify what personal data is collected, for what purposes, for how long we keep it and how to contact us for questions related to this topic.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data that you have indicated in the information request will be processed with a view to providing information about your request and contact, up to a maximum period of 1 (one) year, counting from the date of your request for information. The information you will eventually receive will refer to new courses and services offered by Easy Talk – Escola de Línguas.

The company Good Teachers, Formação e Ensino de Línguas, Lda. (designated EASY TALK) is responsible for the processing of your personal data, by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, conservation and even disposal.
EASY TALK knows and complies with the rules provided for the processing of personal data, which are currently provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

PURPOSE

Your personal data will only be used for the purposes indicated above.
Your data will not be passed on to others, nor will they be used for purposes other than those for which you gave us your consent.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be kept for a period of 5 (five) years from the granting of this consent.
